Member of the Iranian national rowing team said: with the postponement of the Olympic qualification, the situation is boring but we are training as hard as possible and will participate in the event with high motivation.
Bahman Nasiri mentioned that this uncertainty will not affect our programs and we will continue our preparatory training programs as best as pre-COVID period.
He continued we have passed a hard 2-year preparatory period. Although postponement of the events is not good news, the situation is constructive.
This champion noted getting good results in the Olympics is the greatest achievement for the athletes. But there are several challenges in this way which affect our performance. Of which, the economic situation is highly determinant, and thinking about the future and post-athleticism life imposes a mental disturbance. However, we are training as hard as possible to get suitable successes in the upcoming events.
